Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. The role requires a solid understanding of IT services and strong communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT services and software solutions
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and online platforms
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing in coordination with technical teams
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively
  • Research market trends and competitor offerings
  • Coordinate with delivery teams for smooth project handover
  • Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline, and regular reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field
  • 3–8 years of experience in IT business development or software sales
  • Strong understanding of IT services and software solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting
