About the Internship:

We’re looking for enthusiastic and confident On-Ground Sales Interns to drive outreach and awareness of the Yatri Mitra app through field engagement. This role involves direct interaction with drivers, passengers, and the public to boost app adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit rickshaw stands and busy commute points to onboard auto drivers
• Explain the app benefits: zero commission, direct payments, and meter-based fares
• Assist drivers with app installation and registration
• Promote the app to daily commuters, students, and professionals
• Distribute marketing material and encourage downloads
• Collect real-time feedback from users and drivers
• Support marketing activations and referral programs on-ground
• Ensure a smooth onboarding experience by resolving basic queries

Who Can Apply:

Candidates who:

• Are available full-time for in-field internship (No remote/hybrid option)
• Can start between 7th Jul'25 and 15th Jul'25
• Are available for 2–3 months
• Are based in or can commute to Thane, Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, or Sion Koliwada
• Are comfortable with daily fieldwork and public interaction

Skills Required:

• Fluency in Hindi and Marathi (spoken)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
