Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with proven expertise in the security services and/or facility management industry. The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving growth in line with Infinity Protections’ strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the company’s client base in security and facility management services.
  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities through networking, tender participation, corporate tie-ups, and partnerships.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to align offerings with client needs.
  • Achieve sales and revenue growth targets as defined by management.
  • Coordinate with operations and accounts teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Represent Infinity Protections at industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in business development within the Security Services or Facility Management industry.
  • Strong network of contacts in government, corporate, and institutional sectors is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

  • Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
