Job Title: Business Development Manager - Loan Sales
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for loan products, meeting sales targets and revenue goals.
2. Client Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients, build relationships, and expand the customer base.
3. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on loan products, features, and benefits to effectively pitch and sell to clients.
4. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
5. Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams, such as credit and operations, to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.
6. Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's growth and revenue.
Requirements:
1. Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in loan sales, business development, or a similar role in the BFSI sector.
2. Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
3. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any stream, with a preference for finance, business, or related fields.
- Certifications in financial sales or business development are a plus.
Salary and Benefits:
1. Salary Range: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per Month, depending on experience and performance.
2. Incentives: Performance-based bonuses and incentives for achieving sales targets.
