Role Overview

We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager (IT Sales) with at least 2+ years of experience in IT/software sales. The role involves generating new business opportunities, handling client acquisition, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation (cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, B2B portals).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international clients.
• Understand client requirements and present customized IT/software solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities.
• Manage the complete sales cycle: lead → proposal → negotiation → closure.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in IT Sales / Software Solutions / Business Development.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in international sales/client acquisition preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM tools & MS Office.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
