Key Responsibilities:

 Assist in managing the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, meeting clients, and closing deals.

 Support in presenting the company profile, products, and services to potential clients.

 Build and maintain professional relationships with decision-makers and senior management to understand clients' unique

business needs.

 Conduct market research to support the sales strategy.

 Contribute to the growth and direction of the sales team through collaboration and idea-sharing.

 Assist in direct marketing efforts, including mailings, tele-sales, and online campaigns.

 Perform target searches using databases and other sources to identify new business opportunities.

 Work closely with clients and prospective clients through various communication media, including face-to-face meetings.

 Focus on driving new business in the assigned regions (Noida, Ghaziabad, and Faridabad).

Required Expertise:

 Bachelor's degree (Master’s degree is a plus) with a strong academic background.

 3-6 years of experience in Inside Sales or a similar B2B process, with a proven track record in generating new business

(experience in selling SOS is a plus, but not mandatory).

 Knowledge of related industries is an advantage, along with a background in technology.

 Analytical, commercial, and eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (other language skills are an advantage).

 Strong presentation skills.

 Self-starter with attention to detail, comfortable working with ambiguity.

 Energetic, proactive, and able to manage challenges and setbacks effectively.

 A passion for business and keen interest in contributing to the growth of the company.

 Experience working in small teams and thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

 A collaborative team player with a "make things happen" attitude.
