Job Description

Team Management: Supervise, motivate, and support the field sales team. Assign sales targets and monitor performance. Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions. Sales Planning & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals. Plan daily/weekly field activities (area visits, client meetings, etc.). Ensure proper territory coverage by the team. Performance Tracking: Monitor individual and team sales performance. Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and share insights with management. Take corrective actions to address underperformance. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key customers. Resolve client issues escalated by team members. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Reporting & Coordination: Report sales figures and market feedback to regional/area manager. Coordinate with other departments (marketing, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth operations. Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing. Share insights with the sales team to adapt strategies. Field Visits: Accompany team members for field visits to support and evaluate. Personally visit high-priority or strategic clients.
