Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our client acquisition efforts at our digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing services (such as SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and web development) and a proven track record in B2B sales. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, managing sales pipelines, and helping grow our agency's client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, emailing, networking, and other lead generation activities.
• Present digital marketing services and customized proposals to prospective clients.
• Understand client business goals and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
• Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, strategy, and operations) to ensure client requirements are met post-sale.
• Maintain and update CRM with sales activities and client communications.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to refine sales strategies.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services and trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
• Goal-oriented with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Existing network of clients or businesses in need of digital marketing.
• Experience in selling to industries such as real estate, e-commerce, education, or healthcare.
• Familiarity with digital marketing KPIs and reporting tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
