Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven *Business Development Manager (BDM)* to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and converting qualified leads, closing investments, and building long-term client relationships. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Handling: Engage with incoming leads via calls, emails, and meetings. Understand client requirements and qualify leads effectively.
  • Verification: Perform due diligence on leads to assess quality and potential.
  • Client Meetings: Conduct virtual or in-person meetings to present company offerings and address client needs.
  • Investment Closure: Guide clients through the investment process and close deals confidently and ethically.
  • Client Retention: Ensure client satisfaction post-deal closure by providing regular support and communication.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Reporting: Maintain records of lead status, conversion metrics, and client feedback using CRM tools.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, legal, operations) to ensure smooth onboarding and investment processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or investment advisory roles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong ability to close deals and manage client relationships
  • Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Knowledge of financial products/investment strategies is a plus
