Role Overview We are seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) who is passionate about sales, has a strong knack for identifying growth opportunities, and excels at building long-term client relationships. You’ll play a key role in expanding our client base and driving revenue. Key Responsibilities Identify potential leads via LinkedIn, email, cold calls, referrals, or inbound channels Pitch Genzway’s marketing services to startups, D2C brands, and growing businesses Prepare business proposals, presentations, and client onboarding plans Handle end-to-end sales funnel — from lead generation to closure Collaborate with internal teams (marketing/design/strategy) to deliver the best solutions Maintain relationships with existing clients and upsell new services when applicable Update CRM regularly and provide weekly performance reports ✅ Required Skills & Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in business development or client acquisition Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-driven and goal-oriented with a strong follow-up attitude Strong knowledge of digital marketing trends is a bonus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Language: English (Preferred) Location: Gurgaon, Haryana (Preferred) Work Location: In person
