Ensure kitchen hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness at all times. Source fresh, local, and organic ingredients wherever possible. Manage inventory, food ordering, and budget for the kitchen. Educate students on Ayurvedic food principles during workshops or informal sessions (optional but preferred). Cater to specific dietary needs (gluten-free, vegan, etc.) of guests. Requirements: Proven experience as a wellness chef, Ayurveda cook, or similar role in a wellness center or retreat. Deep understanding of Ayurvedic cooking and Indian vegetarian cuisine.
