Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong sales skills and a passion for delivering value to clients. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in existing and new markets. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand the client base. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Conduct market research to identify trends, clients/customers needs and competitive landscape. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus). Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or similar role. Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Digital Marketing. 3 to 6 years experience.
