Business Development Manager Erocon School Consultants - Division of Erose Educational Infotech Pvt Ltd www.erocon.in 3 - 10 years New Delhi Job description We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a solid educational background and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by schools, universities & educational institutions The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be instrumental in driving the growth and expansion of our consulting services within the education sector. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in schools or universities, with a proven track record in client management, presentation skills, and sales pitching. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and tailoring our consulting services to meet the specific needs of educational institutions. Key Responsibilities: Client Management: - Develop and nurture strong relationships with school administrators, university leaders, and other key stakeholders in the education sector. - Serve as the primary liaison between the firm and its clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement. - Address client needs promptly, offering tailored consulting solutions that align with their goals. Sales and Business Development: - Identify potential clients within the education sector and develop strategies to engage them. - Drive revenue growth by promoting our consulting services to schools, universities, and other educational institutions. - Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and position our firm as a leader in school consulting. Presentation and Communication: - Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations that highlight the value of our consulting services. - Clearly articulate how our solutions can address the specific challenges faced by educational institutions. - Customize presentations for different audiences, ensuring relevance and impact. Sales Pitching and Negotiation: - Develop compelling sales pitches that resonate with decision-makers in educational institutions. - Lead negotiations, balancing client needs with the firm's objectives to secure beneficial agreements. - Successfully close deals that contribute to the firm's growth and reputation. Strategic Collaboration: - Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and consulting experts, to align business development efforts with the firm's overall strategy. - Work with consultants to design and deliver customized solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. Required Qualifications: - Significant experience in a business development role, particularly within the education sector. - Direct experience working in or with schools, universities, or educational institutions. - In-depth knowledge of the education sector, including trends, challenges, and opportunities. - Exceptional client management skills, with a history of building and sustaining strong relationships. - Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade stakeholders at all levels. - Proficiency in sales pitching, negotiation, and closing deals. - A strategic thinker with a proven ability to work independently and drive results.
