About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely and is ideal for professionals with a passion for sales, client engagement, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking, research, and digital outreach.
Build strong relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.
Manage the entire sales process—from prospecting to closure.
Conduct virtual meetings and product presentations.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and report progress to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working remotely and independently.
Familiarity with CRM tools and online communication platforms.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in EdTech, SaaS, or ERP product sales.
Regional knowledge of Western and Central Indian markets.
