Business Development Manager (BDM)

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue expansion. This role requires excellent communication, market analysis, and strategic planning skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve company growth targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Prepare and present business proposals, pitches, and contracts to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective delivery of services and solutions.
• Negotiate terms, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
• Represent the company at events, meetings, and networking activities.
• Track and report business development activities, sales performance, and pipeline updates.
• Develop strategies to enhance brand visibility and market reach.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to develop strong client relationships and manage key accounts.
• Knowledge of market dynamics and business development strategies.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Goal-oriented with strong analytical and planning skills.
