Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition, build strategic partnerships, and drive business growth. This role demands strong strategic thinking, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to identify and capitalize on new opportunities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries to expand the agency’s portfolio.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term partnerships.

  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.

  • Proposal Development: Create compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to client needs.

  • Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by generating leads, closing deals, and ensuring client satisfaction.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, strategy, and account management teams to align client requirements with agency deliverables.

  • Reporting: Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years in business development, sales, and/or account management, preferably in an advertising or marketing agency.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.

  • Networking: Strong networking abilities with a proven track record of establishing and growing client relationships.

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and craft effective strategies.

  • Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in negotiating contracts and closing deals.

  • Knowledge: Familiarity with advertising, branding, and digital marketing trends and terminologies.

  • Tools: Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and presentation tools.
