Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries to expand the agencys portfolio. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term partnerships. Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth. Proposal Development: Create compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to client needs. Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by generating leads, closing deals, and ensuring client satisfaction. Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, strategy, and account management teams to align client requirements with agency deliverables. Reporting: Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates to senior management. Skills and Qualifications: Experience: 3-4 years in business development, sales, and/or account management, preferably in an advertising agency. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. Networking: Strong networking abilities with a proven track record of establishing and growing client relationships. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and craft effective strategies. Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in negotiating contracts and closing deals. Knowledge: Familiarity with advertising, branding, and digital marketing trends and terminologies. Tools: Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and presentation tools.
