Role Overview:

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in

    international markets (especially the U.S.)

     
  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and build targeted outreach lists.
  • Lead outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other professional channels.
  • Follow up on inbound leads, conduct discovery calls, and convert them into active partnerships.
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to design custom proposals and pitch decks.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and progress through the CRM system.
  • Track KPIs and report to management.
  • Represent AVGC Studios in client meetings, online demos, and events.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • MBA (mandatory)

    , preferably with specialization in Marketing, Sales, or Business Strategy.
  • 1–3 years of experience in

    business development, inside sales, or lead generation

    roles.
  • Excellent

    spoken and written communication

    skills
  • Strong understanding of

    B2B sales cycles

    , proposal writing, and client engagement tools.
  • Self-driven, organized, and able to manage multiple leads and tasks independently.
  • Exposure or interest in the

    animation, media, or creative industries

    will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency with

    CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email campaign

    tools

    preferred.
