Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

1. Market Research and Strategy Development :

* Analyze and monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the solar EPC sector.

* Develop strategies to enter new markets and increase market share in existing ones.

* Identify opportunities for new business and partnerships in the solar energy industry.

2. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management :

* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including , clients investors, project developers, and government agencies.

* Identify and target potential clients in commercial, industrial, and utility-scale solar projects.

* Manage negotiations and agreements with clients to secure EPC contracts.

3. Project Development and Coordination :

* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment between client needs and the company’s project delivery capabilities.

* Lead the development of project proposals, bids, and presentations to secure new business.

* Work closely with the engineering and project management teams to ensure the smooth transition from contract acquisition to project execution.

4. Sales and Revenue Generation :

* Develop and achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability objectives.

* Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and action plans for effective business growth.

* Manage the entire sales process from lead generation through to closing deals.

5. Networking and Industry Involvement :

* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote its services.

* Maintain an extensive network of contacts within the renewable energy sector.

6. Financial and Contract Management :

* Assist in the negotiation and management of project contracts, ensuring that financial and operational objectives are met.
* Monitor the financial performance of projects and ensure profitability is maintained.

7. Regulatory and Compliance Oversight :

* Stay updated with industry regulations, government policies, and compliance requirements related to solar energy projects.

* Ensure all business activities comply with legal and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.

● MBA or relevant certification in project management or renewable energy is preferred.

● 5+ years of experience in business development ,sales, or project management in the solar or renewable energy industry.

● Strong understanding of solar EPC project lifecycles and business models.

● Proven track record of securing large-scale projects and achieving revenue targets.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

● Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stake holders.

Key Skills:

● Knowledge of renewable energy markets and solar technologies.

● Strong financial and contract management skills.

● Strategic thinking with strong analytical abilities.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Note : Only solar EPC experienced candidates are Preferred .

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
