Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & manage distributor/dealer network
  • Lead and mentor the local sales team
  • Drive revenue growth and market expansion
  • Maintain strong partner relationships
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • 7 - 15 years in channel sales (Power/Energy/Mobility)
  • Team management experience
  • Strong knowledge of Eastern India market
  • Excellent communication & leadership skills
  • Candidate must be based in Kolkata no relocation
