Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven BD professional to lead client acquisition and revenue growth for 3PL warehousing and micro-fulfillment (dark store) business. The role includes onboarding D2C brands, driving RFQs, and ensuring seamless execution through cross-functional collaboration.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and onboard clients across e-commerce, retail, FMCG, Q-commerce, and D2C segments
  • Drive sales strategy, proposals, pricing models, and contract negotiations
  • Lead end-to-end onboarding for D2C brands with tailored fulfillment solutions
  • Ensure operational readiness through coordination with operations, IT, and finance
  • Track KPIs: revenue, occupancy, conversion rates, and client retention


Ideal Profile:

  • Strong network across logistics and D2C ecosystems
  • Hands-on experience in 3PL, fulfillment, and warehousing sales
  • Excellent skills in RFQs, pricing, and relationship management
