Job Summary:

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential B2B clients (especially lenders) across multiple regions.
Present Nirnai Techs legal and technology-enabled solutions effectively to stakeholders in the lending ecosystem.
Lead the sales cycle from prospecting to PoC (Proof of Concept) to contract closure.
Foster and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
Strategize and execute client expansion plans across branches and states.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to align client requirements with scalable solutions.
Contribute to market expansion strategies and support the companys revenue targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA or equivalent is a plus).
Minimum 10 years of experience in
B2B business development
, preferably within the
financial services
or
BFSI
sector.
Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and long-term client engagements.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Deep understanding of client pain points in mortgage lending or banking is a plus.
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute with precision and persistence.
Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
