Job Description

Designation: Business Development Manager / Business Development Executive

Location: Nagpur, Maharashtra (Remote & Hybrid work mode available - depends on Candidate)

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, client onboarding, and relationship management.
Identify potential clients and negotiate deals to acquire new ones.
Manage existing client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and resolve any issues that may arise.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through daily field visits, cold calls, and networking.

Visit potential clients in assigned territories to pitch products/services.

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets as assigned.

Keep updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.

Requirements:

Proven experience in field sales or similar role is preferred.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license (mandatory for some roles).
