Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Delhi, India. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing strategies to drive business growth. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing business proposals, negotiation, and following up with clients. The role also involves collaborating with marketing and creative teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and clients' needs.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Business Development and Client Relationship Management
• Proficiency in Market Research and Analysis
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to develop strategic business proposals and presentations
• Experience in the digital marketing space, particularly in influencer marketing and social media campaigns
• Proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English; fluency in Hindi or other local languages is an advantage
