About the Role

As a key member of the investment function, you will lead business development efforts to expand our presence in the clean energy space. You will be responsible for originating and closing transactions that align with our fund’s investment strategy and sustainability goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Originate and develop a high-quality pipeline of renewable energy investment opportunities
• Engage with IPPs, developers, and clean energy companies to build long-term relationships
• Lead deal structuring, negotiation, and closure in a timely and effective manner
• Map the market to identify emerging trends and new areas of opportunity
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across business development systems

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 5–7 years of experience in renewable energy business development, or in private equity/investment banking with a focus on clean energy or infrastructure
• Strong network within the renewable energy ecosystem
• Proven track record in sourcing and executing transactions
• Deep understanding of financial structuring and risk analysis
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
