Business Development - IT Training Sales

As a Business Development Manager in the training industry, your role involves identifying sales opportunities in large enterprise accounts, adding new clients to the existing client base, and positioning OEM-related training solutions. Your responsibilities include: - Identifying decision makers from various departments such as L&D, BU heads, Project Managers & Team leads. - Organizing and attending meetings with decision makers to present and discuss the company's offerings. - Representing the company in conferences and seminars to generate training requirements for future pipelines. - Coordinating with the operations team and internal trainers to prepare proposals and plan the execution of calendar and ad-hoc training programs. - Generating new business relationships for corporate training programs and eLearning. - Developing new business proposals for corporate training programs and vendor empanelment. - Helping the team in identifying high-end trainers, consultants, and business partners. - Creating a detailed database of trainers for different technologies for future training assignments. - Coordinating with the internal team and clients in arranging training logistics and trainers itinerary to ensure the training exceeds client's expectations.
