 WildSattva is a premium B2B wellness & gourmet gifting brand rooted in Kerala’s heritage. We curate high-utility hampers featuring Wild Honey, Chukku (ginger) Coffee, heirloom spices and gourmet dry fruits—premium gifts that are consumable, memorable, and leave a strong brand impression.


We work with corporates, hospitality groups, educational institutions, resorts, and wedding/event planners across India.


𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰


 We’re looking for a Business Development Intern who can contribute to lead generation, outreach, pitching, and closing from Day 1. This is a remote internship with occasional in-person meetings if required. You will work closely with the Founder & CEO and gain real exposure to B2B sales, corporate communication, and client relationship management.


𝐃𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: 𝟑 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡𝐬


𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬


Identify and reach decision-makers (HR, procurement, CXOs, hotels/resorts, planners, institutions)


Outreach via LinkedIn, email, and direct calls


Pitch WildSattva hampers and present options confidently


Negotiate and close orders; work towards monthly targets


Create/share quotations, proposals, and follow-ups


Maintain CRM/Excel trackers for leads, conversations, closures


Collect feedback and coordinate internally for smooth delivery



𝐖𝐡𝐨’𝐬 𝐚 𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐅𝐢𝐭


Strong interest in sales/business development


Confident communicator; good persuasion & negotiation skills


Self-driven, disciplined, target-oriented


Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets (CRM familiarity is a plus)


Ready to take ownership in a fast-moving startup environment


𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 (𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐭-𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐝)


Month 1: 35–40 boxes (sample + paid orders) + consistent daily outreach/reporting


Month 2 onwards: 50–60 boxes/month (sample + paid orders) + consistent outreach/reporting


If targets aren’t met, WildSattva may reduce/defer/withhold stipend and/or review continuation


𝐄𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐝 (𝐅𝐢𝐫𝐬𝐭 𝟐 𝐖𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐬)


 Assessed on: consistency & discipline, communication & fluency, outreach quality, ability to follow instructions, professionalism & responsiveness.


Stipend begins after successful completion of this evaluation period.


𝐒𝐭𝐢𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝 & 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬


₹10,000/month stipend (only on meeting minimum monthly targets)


₹5,000–₹6,000/month incentive for exceeding benchmarks (as per structure shared)


Payments subject to TDS/statutory deductions (if applicable)

High performers may be offered a full-time Business Development Associate role (strictly performance-based).
