DoubtSpace is a fast-growing EdTech startup that helps college students and research scholars with personalized mentorship, skill-based training programs, AI-powered academic tools, research guidance, and internship/placement opportunities. What You’ll Do

1. Lead Outreach & Calling

   : Contact potential students (leads from LinkedIn, college groups, ads) via calls and messages to explain our internship/training programs, what they’ll learn (DSA, AI/ML, SQL, projects), and how it boosts their career.

2. Educate & Convert

   : Clearly communicate program benefits, curriculum highlights, mentorship from industry experts, and placement support to drive enrollments.

3. Follow-up & CRM Management

   : Track leads in Google Sheets/Notion, send reminders, and update status (interested, enrolled, etc.).

4. Support Marketing

   : Assist in creating outreach scripts, WhatsApp/LinkedIn messages, and basic content for campaigns.

5. Report Progress

   : Share daily/weekly call stats, conversion rates, and feedback to the founding team.

What We’re Looking For

• Final/pre-final year student (B.Tech, BBA, MBA, or any discipline) from a Tier 1/2 college.
• Confident communicator — comfortable making 50–100 calls/day (no cold fear!).
• Prior experience in sales, telecalling, campus ambassador, or outreach is a big plus.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and basic CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to handle rejection positively.
• Excellent Hindi/English speaking skills (regional languages a bonus).
