Job Brief We are seeking an enthusiastic, creative, and data-driven Marketing Intern to join our fast-paced marketing department. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain broad experience in digital marketing and directly contribute to campaigns that boost the DoubtSpace brand and drive student engagement. You will collaborate with our marketing and content teams to execute strategies that promote our personalized learning solutions. Key Responsibilities As a Marketing Intern, you will be deeply involved in various digital marketing functions, including: 1. Content & Social Media Marketing: Assist in the creation and scheduling of engaging content (written, image, and video) for all social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook). Monitor all social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback related to the Ed-Tech industry and target audience. Contribute creative ideas to social media and email campaign brainstorming sessions. Assist in drafting copy for promotional emails, blog posts, and other marketing collateral. 2. Market Research & Data Analysis: Conduct market analysis and research on competitor marketing activities, content, and digital strategies in the Ed-Tech space. Collect and organize quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns (e.g., social media engagement, website traffic). Assist in preparing reports and dashboards using analytics tools (like Google Analytics) to measure campaign performance and draw insightful conclusions. 3. Campaign & Event Support: Assist the team in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns (e.g., SEO, email marketing, paid advertising). Help with the planning and logistics for promotional activities and online events, such as webinars and product launches. Support the distribution of marketing materials and ensure branding is consistent across all channels. 4. Administrative Support: Assist the marketing team with daily administrative tasks. Manage and update the company database and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. What You Will Learn Practical application of digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email Marketing) in an Ed-Tech context. How to use marketing analytics tools to make data-driven decisions. The end-to-end process of planning, executing, and reporting on marketing campaigns. Collaboration and project management skills within a dynamic, cross-functional team. Requirements and Qualifications Required: Current enrollment in an undergraduate or Master's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Strong desire to learn, along with a professional drive and a passion for the Ed-Tech industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with major social media platforms and digital marketing concepts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Preferred (A Plus): Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization techniques. Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for content creation.
