You'll play a key role in expanding DoubtSpace's reach, fostering community engagement, and helping your peers access resources for academic and career growth. This position offers hands-on experience in marketing, event planning, and student leadership, with potential for resume-building recommendations and exclusive access to DoubtSpace's premium content.Location: Your college/university campus (remote-friendly for virtual tasks) Employment Type: Part-time (10-15 hours/week, flexible) Compensation:Commission-based (earnings from successful referrals/sign-ups) + incentives (free courses, swag, and performance bonuses) Reports To: DoubtSpace Marketing Team Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Promotion & Awareness: Act as the face of DoubtSpace on campus by distributing promotional materials (flyers, stickers, QR codes), wearing branded apparel, and sharing platform highlights during casual conversations, club meetings, or study sessions to generate interest in our AI-powered courses and internship programs.Event Coordination:Organize and host 1-2 low-key events per semester, such as doubt-clearing workshops, career mentorship Q&A sessions, or pop-up info booths during orientation, career fairs, or student fests, in collaboration with campus clubs or departments.Peer Recruitment & Referrals:Engage students one-on-one or in groups to sign up for free trials of DoubtSpace's mentorship tools or training modules; track and report referral sign-ups to earn commissions.Social Media & Digital Outreach:Create and share engaging content (posts, stories, reels) about DoubtSpace on your personal or campus social channels, tagging @DoubtSpace to amplify reach and drive traffic to our website (doubtspace.com).Feedback Collection:Gather insights from peers on their learning needs (e.g., skill gaps in tech, soft skills, or career prep) and relay them to the DoubtSpace team to help refine our offerings.Community Building: Serve as a go-to resource for students seeking advice on using DoubtSpace for exam prep, resume building, or internship applications; host virtual "doubt-solving" sessions via the platform.Reporting & Compliance: Submit monthly activity reports (e.g., events hosted, sign-ups generated) via a simple online dashboard; adhere to campus policies and DoubtSpace's brand guidelines.Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Current undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited college/university (any major welcome; education, business, marketing, or communications preferred).Experience: No prior experience required, but involvement in student organizations, clubs, or volunteer roles is a plus.
