Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Sales Growth

• Identify, research, and qualify potential clients across industries.
• Build and maintain a structured

  sales pipeline

  and

  sales funnel

  .
• Explore multiple channels to increase

  inbound and outbound sales inquiries

  .
• Use

  LinkedIn, Apollo.io, Lusha

  , and similar tools for targeted outreach.
• Use

  LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  to identify, connect, and engage with key decision-makers.
• Actively generate and pursue leads on

  freelance platforms

  such as

  Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer

  , etc.
• Reach out to prospects via LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calling.
• Create compelling proposals, RFP responses, and customized pitch presentations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, daily trackers, sales reports, and pipeline forecasting.
• Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Assist in preparing decks and supporting material for client meetings and pitches.
  

2. Drive the End-to-End Sales Cycle

• Lead the complete sales journey:

  prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closing deals

  .
• Maintain strong follow-ups and nurture client relationships for recurring business.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are understood and delivered smoothly.
  

3. Branding & Marketing Support

• Contribute to

  TabShil Global’s branding

  initiatives across digital channels.
• Support website content upgrades, visual improvements, and SEO-friendly updates.
• Plan, compile, and publish content across social media platforms.
• Create engaging content in

  text, graphic, and video formats

  using tools like Canva, CapCut, etc.
• Work on improving brand consistency and storytelling across platforms.
  

4. Operations & Coordination

• Assist senior leadership in operational improvements and process upgrades.
• Support internal documentation, reporting, and workflow optimization.
• Execute ad-hoc and time-sensitive tasks as assigned.
  

5. Independent Ownership & AI-Driven Work

• Use

  AI tools

  (ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, etc.) for research, content creation, automation, and productivity enhancement.
• Take

  ownership and accountability

  for tasks with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and identifying new opportunities.
• Work independently and manage priorities effectively.
  

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Interest or experience in working with
