We work with exporters, trade promotion councils, and international buyers to build a trusted digital ecosystem for cross-border commerce.


🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation & Market Research Executive to drive top-of-the-funnel growth. This dual-role position involves researching international markets, generating qualified leads, and supporting our outreach efforts to connect with genuine buyers and sellers globally.


✅ Key Responsibilities

🔹 Lead Generation

Identify and generate qualified B2B leads (importers/exporters) through LinkedIn, directories, trade portals, and databases.

Conduct outreach via email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp to schedule product demos and engagement calls.

Manage and nurture leads using CRM tools, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up.

Support lead verification efforts using Terra Sourcing’s internal frameworks.


🔹 Market Research

Conduct product-wise and region-wise export research using tools like Trade Map, DGFT, ITC, and government portals.

Prepare market opportunity reports and intelligence briefs for exporters across categories.

Assist in creating databases of global buyers, market trends, and trade regulations.

Track competitor platforms, pricing models, and marketing strategies to support strategic decisions.


📊 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

KPI Target

Monthly Revenue Support ₹1,00,000+ via qualified leads

Qualified Leads Generated 500+ per month

Demos Scheduled Minimum 20 per month

Verified Contact Accuracy ≥90% accuracy in lead lists

Research Reports Supported 4–5 product/category insights/month


Required Skills & Experience

6 months to 1 year of experience in lead generation, market research, or B2B sales


Strong knowledge of trade research tools (Trade Map, DGFT, UN Comtrade, APEDA, etc.)


Comfortable with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Sheets, and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot)


Excellent written and verbal communication skills


Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with large data sets


🌐 Bonus Skills (Preferred, not mandatory)

Experience working with exporters, EPCs, or trade councils


Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Ubersuggest, SEMrush, or ChatGPT for outreach


Basic knowledge of international trade documentation and regulations
