Role Overview: As a Business Development Intern , your primary role will be to support and scale our affiliate marketing and business development efforts. You'll also contribute to digital marketing initiatives like content coordination, social media assistance, and campaign tracking to gain broad exposure across the marketing spectrum. Internship Type - Paid Key Responsibilities : ● Identify, research, and reach out to potential affiliate partners, influencers, and platforms ● Assist in onboarding, communicating, and managing affiliate relationships ● Monitor affiliate performance metrics and suggest optimization strategies ● Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling offers and promotional assets ● Help manage affiliate networks/platforms and track ROI through dashboards ● Contribute to social media content planning and scheduling. ● Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns ● Create and manage engaging content for blogs, newsletters, and social media ● Help with email marketing, CRM updates, and marketing automation ● Stay updated with the latest digital trends and suggest new growth ideas Skills & Qualifications: ● Strong Communication Skills: Whether it’s drafting emails or hopping on a call, you’ve got excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● Proactive & Positive: You’re a go-getter who’s not afraid to take initiative and learn on the fly. ● Organized: You know how to juggle tasks, stay on top of deadlines, and keep things running smoothly. ● Team Player: You’re not just here for your own growth—you’re excited to work with a team to make things happen. ● On the Journey: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
