Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager specializing in Affiliate Marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and managing affiliate networks, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong partner relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent negotiation skills and a deep understanding of affiliate marketing dynamics. 


Key Responsibilities


  • Affiliate Network Expansion: Identify and onboard new clients/partners to broaden our network and drive sales growth. 
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and performance is optimized. 
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies that align with company objectives and market trends. 
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor affiliate performance metrics, analyze data to assess effectiveness, and implement improvements to maximize ROI. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure cohesive campaign execution. 
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure all affiliate activities comply with legal standards and industry best practices. 
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on affiliate program performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. 


Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Experience: Minimum of (2-3) years in affiliate marketing and business development roles, with a demonstrated ability to grow affiliate programs. 

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing platforms and tracking tools. 
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills. 
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics. 
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and affiliate networks. 


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience in Affiliate Industry (2-5 Years) 
  • Knowledge of Mobile Delivery. 
  • Proficiency in tools such as Appsflyer, Branch, Singular or similar platforms
