Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-12 months of experience in sales or business development, with a strong understanding of digital marketing sales or knowledge of digital marketing concepts. The Business Development Intern will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and promoting our products/services. Key Responsibilities: Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through channels such as cold calling, networking, and industry events. Support the development and maintenance of strong relationships with prospective clients by understanding their business needs and challenges. Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitors, and explore potential areas for expansion. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies for promoting products/services to target audiences. Assist in preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. Support negotiations of terms and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Work with internal teams to facilitate smooth project onboarding and ensure client satisfaction. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, leads, and results to the management team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 3 month of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the Digital Marketing filed. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and sales techniques is highly desirable. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
