Role Overview

We’re looking for dynamic and driven MBA graduates or students to join our Business Development team. This internship offers hands-on exposure to client acquisition, lender onboarding, market intelligence, and stakeholder engagement in the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new clients across assigned regions
• Facilitate lender partnerships and support onboarding processes
• Conduct market research to uncover trends, opportunities, and competitor insights
• Build and nurture relationships with lenders and key stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet business growth objectives
• Track performance metrics and contribute to strategic planning

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA graduate or currently pursuing MBA
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for fintech and digital lending
• Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
