focused on the University partnership sales channel. You will work directly under the Director of Business Development, gaining hands-on experience in the entire B2A (Business to Academic) sales cycle. This role is designed as a fast-track opportunity, providing comprehensive mentorship and potential conversion to a full-time Sales Manager role based on performance.🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesPipeline & Lead Generation SupportMarket Research:
Conduct targeted market analysis to identify and profile foreign and Indian universities that align with the AI Academy’s strategic goals.Lead Qualification:
Qualify inbound and outbound leads, initiating contact with key academic stakeholders (e.g., Department Heads, Career Services, Deans) to assess their needs and readiness for AI curriculum integration.CRM Management:
Maintain impeccable records of all outreach and communications in the CRM system, ensuring the sales pipeline data is accurate and up-to-date.University Communication & Relationship BuildingInitial Engagement:
Perform direct outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) to new university contacts to introduce Fusionpact's unique, industry-aligned AI Academy value proposition.Presentation Assistance:
Assist in preparing customized pitch decks, proposals, and communication materials tailored for specific academic decision-makers.Cross-Cultural Communication:
Manage professional communication streams with partners across different time zones and cultures, ensuring clarity and follow-up.Strategic Contribution & LearningMarket Insights:
Monitor and report on competitor offerings and emerging trends in AI education, particularly for degree programs and executive education in the higher education space.Sales Strategy:
Collaborate with the senior team on developing and testing new outreach strategies, communication scripts, and ideal customer profiles (ICPs).✅ Qualifications & Skills
Experience & EducationRelevant Experience:
1 to 3 years of demonstrable experience
in a sales, business development, inside sales, or client-facing role is required.OR:
A recent/final-year graduate from a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with proven success in competitive student organizations, sales-focused internships, or leadership roles.Industry Preference:
Prior experience or deep familiarity with the EdTech, IT, or Education sectors
is a strong advantage.Core KnowledgeAI Interest:
A strong curiosity and foundational understanding of AI concepts (e.g., ML, Data Science) to speak credibly about the Academy's technical offerings.Sales Fundamentals:
Basic knowledge of sales cycles, lead qualification, and cold outreach techniques.Critical SkillsExceptional Communication:
