Position Overview:

We are looking for an ambitious and strategic Business Development Head to spearhead the firm’s growth and expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for formulating and executing business strategies to drive client and franchisee acquisition, enhance revenue streams, and strengthen our market presence across segments. The role requires a strong understanding of capital markets, proven leadership abilities, and a strategic mindset focused on achieving long-term business goals.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth and revenue objectives.
  • Lead business development initiatives across regions, focusing on client acquisition, franchise development, and relationship management.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, franchises, and partners.
  • Supervise, guide, and motivate sales and dealer teams to meet performance targets.
  • Coordinate with senior management on product positioning, pricing, and market strategies.
  • Maintain and enhance client relationships through superior service and regular engagement.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications & Key Competencies:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Ten or more years of experience in sales and marketing, in stock broking, wealth management, mutual funds, or financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of capital markets, trading operations, and investment products.
  • Excellent leadership, networking, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Team building and performance management skills.
  • Ability to design and implement sales and client acquisition strategies.
  • Prior experience in leading or mentoring a sales team.

Compensation:

Fixed Salary: Based on experience and capability (no constraint for the right candidate).

Variable Pay: Attractive incentive structure linked to performance and business targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹75,000.00 per month
