Job Description

ROLE OBJECTIVE:

Generating Favorable Specifications in Govt. Projects.
Close Coordination with Govt. Contractors and Departments.

We need 6 to 8 Years of experience in handling Government Projects

Responsibilities:

Managing Mapped Architect/Consultant & Contractors
Securing BOQs from Key accounts
Generating Leads from Mapped Key accounts
Closely work on RFPs and RFQs
Create and update a database of current projects/prospective and current clients
Product Presentation to Key accounts
Close coordination with sales team for closure
Strong Negotiation Skills
Handle Customer Complaints
Prepare a daily visit report
Ensuring Sales Conversion achievement
Travel extensively to reach out to all key stakeholders in various Govt. Departments

Key Performance Indicators

Number & quality of value engineering options.
TAT compliance of Project quotes.
Conversion from quote to order.
Accuracy and clarity of documents prepared.
Clarity on Business acumen and strategizing it along with departmental goals.
Positive feedback from internal and external stakeholders on interactions with EA.
Effective use of technology tools to streamline tasks and processes.
Improvement in key skills over time.
