Job Overview:

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research

    : Conduct thorough market research and analysis of industry trends, competitors, and potential clients in the UK and US regions.
  • Lead Generation & Outbound Campaigns:

    Generate new business leads and convert prospects by running targeted outbound sales campaigns, including cold emails, cold calling, networking, and online outreach.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and potential prospects, understanding their business needs to offer tailored IT solutions.
  • Sales Strategy:

    Develop and implement business development strategies to meet sales targets and business objectives.
  • Proposal and Pitch Development:

    Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and pitches to potential clients, effectively showcasing our IT services.
  • Negotiations & Closing Deals:

    Lead negotiations, close sales, and ensure contracts are signed and executed properly.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with the marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth transition from business acquisition to service delivery.
  • Reporting:

    Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline progress, and market trends to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in an IT services environment.
  • Strong understanding of IT service offerings, including Quality Assurance, Automation Testing, Cloud Services, IT Consulting, and Software Testing, to effectively engage with clients and drive business growth.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth in international markets (particularly UK and US).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office suite.
  • Should have experience into cold calling and cold mailing.
