Job Summary:

Content Writer

Key Responsibilities:

• Write blogs, articles, whitepapers, case studies, and website content related to software development, testing, DevOps, and related technologies.
• Research industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive content to maintain relevance and accuracy.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather technical insights.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content.
• Optimize content for SEO while maintaining technical accuracy and readability.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure grammatical accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
• Maintain and update existing content to reflect new updates or changes in software technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a content writer, preferably in a technology-focused domain.

• Strong understanding of software development and software testing concepts

  (SDLC, agile methodologies, test automation, tools like Selenium, JIRA, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough research and simplify technical topics for broader audiences.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and tools)
• A degree in Computer Science, IT, English, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Nice to Have:

• Experience writing for SaaS products or developer tools.
• Knowledge of programming languages or scripting.
