Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Sr. SEO Executive to lead and execute our SEO strategy with a focus on driving qualified organic traffic from the UK and USA markets . The ideal candidate must have deep SEO knowledge, a data-driven mindset, and hands-on experience in leveraging AI tools to enhance SEO performance and scale operations. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies to boost website traffic and keyword rankings in UK and USA regions. Use AI-driven tools for keyword research, content optimization, competitor analysis, and performance forecasting. Optimize on-page elements including titles, meta descriptions, URLs, content, and internal linking structures. Conduct regular technical SEO audits and implement necessary improvements (e.g., site speed, mobile-friendliness, indexing issues). Build and implement effective link-building strategies while adhering to ethical SEO practices. Collaborate with content writers and design teams to generate high-quality, SEO-friendly content. Monitor and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, SurferSEO, Jasper, Clearscope, etc.). Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, SEO best practices, and the latest AI innovations in search and content marketing. Create and deliver regular SEO performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations. Key Requirements: Minimum 4 years of hands-on SEO experience , with strong results in traffic growth and keyword performance. Proven experience in SEO targeting UK and USA geographies . Strong command of AI and automation tools used in SEO workflows (e.g., keyword clustering, content generation, SERP analysis). Proficiency in SEO tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc. Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify. Strong analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills. Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and technical SEO fundamentals. Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in using AI content optimization tools like SurferSEO, Clearscope, or Frase. Exposure to prompt engineering or using LLMs (like ChatGPT) to scale content strategies or audits. Certifications in SEO, Google Analytics, or Digital Marketing. Prior experience working in a digital marketing agency or across multiple industry domains.
