Key Requirements: Experience: 2 - 8 years of Recruitment and HR experience in IT industry Leadership Hiring Expertise: Proven track record of successfully placing mid-level team members Location: Magarpatta City, Pune Mode : Work from Office; Mon-Fri Must haves: Excellent sourcing and talent acquisition skills. Proven ability to differentiate between different technical skill levels and match them with job requirements. Strong understanding of Software testing industry trends and talent landscape. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in full life cycle recruitment Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in using recruitment tools and technologies. Responsibilities Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for the open positions Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews End to end recruiting right from getting the requirement up to getting the candidate onboarded. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters. Manage employee relations issues, such as grievances, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations.
