About PracticePanel PracticePanel is an AI-powered platform that helps job seekers prepare for real-world interviews through mock video interviews, coding assessments, aptitude tests, and soft skill evaluations. We aim to bridge the gap between candidates and job-readiness with personalized feedback and progress tracking. We are looking for dynamic and driven Business Development Executives to help us grow our customer base and expand our presence across colleges, training institutes, and companies. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new leads through online research, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking. Reach out to colleges, universities, training institutes, and companies to promote PracticePanel’s offerings. Schedule and conduct product demos with potential clients. Maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to facilitate long-term partnerships. Meet monthly and quarterly targets related to lead generation, product demos, and conversions. Prepare and deliver compelling pitches and proposals customized to client needs. Maintain CRM records and track all interactions and follow-ups. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to feedback market insights and user needs. Key Skills & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and presentation abilities. Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset. Prior experience in EdTech, SaaS, or B2B sales (preferred but not mandatory). Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms is a plus. Why Join Us?
