Role & responsibilities Structural design of bridges and buildings as per relevant codes and standards. Preparation and review of detailed drawings and bar bending schedules. Coordination with architects, project managers, and site teams. Ensuring structural safety, durability, and code compliance in all designs. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Civil/Structural Engineering (Masters preferred). Minimum 3 years of experience in both bridge and building design. Strong command over AutoCAD, STAAD Pro/ ETABS, and Excel. Hands-on experience with BBS preparation. Good understanding of IS codes and IRC standards.

Key Responsibilities Tendering & Government Works o Identify, track, and apply for relevant government tenders (PWD, WRD, PMGSY, Nagar Parishad, Irrigation Dept., etc.). o Prepare and submit tender documents, ensuring compliance with guidelines. o Coordinate with authorities for clarifications, follow-ups, and post-bid discussions. Private & Online Lead Generation o Manage and respond to inquiries from IndiaMART, Justdial, and other lead-generation platforms. o Convert online leads into business opportunities. o Maintain relationships with private clients and build new connections. Market Development & Networking o Research and identify upcoming projects in both government and private sectors. o Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and government departments. o Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and networking events. Internal Coordination o Work with technical, finance, and project teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations. o Provide inputs for business strategy and growth planning. Qualifications & Skills Graduate / Postgraduate (Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred). Prior experience in tendering and business development for government projects is a strong advantage. Familiarity with IndiaMART, Justdial, GEM portal , and other business platforms. Good communication and negotiation skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi . Ability to work independently with a target-driven approach.
