Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach new corporate clients and build a strong B2B pipeline

• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, events, and digital outreach

• Understand client requirements and propose suitable AV/IT solutions

• Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos

• Negotiate deals, close sales, and achieve/exceed targets

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers

• Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams for solution implementation

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and suggest strategic inputs

• Prepare regular reports, forecasts, and sales documentation

• Represent TIIPL at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or Technology (MBA preferred for Manager role)

• 2 5 years of experience in B2B or Corporate Sales (AV/IT sales preferred)

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities

• Goal-oriented with a proven track record in achieving sales targets

• Ability to understand technical solutions and convey them effectively

• Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and sales tools

• Self-driven, proactive, and willing to travel when required
