The Opportunity


We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to strengthen our Enterprise Sales team. This role is perfect for professionals with a track record in solution-oriented selling, who excel at identifying opportunities, driving meaningful client conversations, and closing strategic deals.

Role Overview


As a Business Development Executive – Enterprise Sales, you will:


  • Prospect and qualify high-value enterprise opportunities.


  • Lead targeted outreach to engage senior decision-makers.


  • Present XenonStack’s AI, Cloud, and Data solutions in a consultative manner.


  • Convert prospects into paying clients and identify expansion opportunities within accounts.


Key Responsibilities


1. Prospecting & Lead Generation


  • Identify and research target enterprise accounts using a structured approach.


  • Build a qualified pipeline through strategic outreach and networking.


2. Enterprise Engagement


  • Initiate conversations via cold calling, targeted email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.


  • Engage with C-level executives and key stakeholders to establish trust and interest.


3. Solution-Oriented Selling


  • Understand complex client challenges and map XenonStack solutions to their needs.


  • Deliver tailored presentations and ROI-driven business cases.


4. Sales Cycle Management


  • Guide prospects through the complete sales process — from discovery to contract closure.


  • Collaborate with delivery and customer success teams for smooth onboarding.


5. Account Conversion & Expansion


  • Close enterprise deals and work with account teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.


6. Cross-Functional Collaboration


  • Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to refine go-to-market strategies.


  • Share market insights and feedback to influence product development.


What Makes You a Great Fit


Experience


  • 2+ years
    in B2B sales, preferably in technology or SaaS.


  • Proven record of lead conversion and revenue generation in enterprise markets.


Sales Skills


  • Proficient in consultative, solution-based selling.


  • Strong command of the full sales cycle — prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing.


Communication


  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.


  • Skilled in negotiation with senior executives.


Tools & Tech


  • Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales automation tools.


Mindset


  • Self-starter, target-driven, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
