Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads through networking, cold calling, digital platforms, and referrals
• Pitch interior design services to potential clients, developers, architects, and corporates
• Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase the company's portfolio and offerings
• Develop strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure repeat business
• Collaborate with the design and execution teams to understand project scope and prepare proposals
• Prepare and present quotations, follow up for closures, and negotiate contracts
• Maintain CRM database and ensure timely updates of client interactions
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meets to promote the brand
• Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends, competitors.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Confidence in cold calling and pitching high-ticket design services
• Familiarity with interior design/architecture terminology is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5.00 - ₹11.00 per year
