Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The BDE will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building and managing a predictable sales pipeline. You will prospect, qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, and convert opportunities into clients while collaborating closely with our technical team to deliver tailored solutions.

This role is ideal for candidates with 0–3 years of experience in IT/SaaS sales as well as fresh graduates who are confident communicators and eager to build a career in IT business development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads via outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools (Zoho/HubSpot).
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client pain points in retail and logistics.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals, decks, and demos.
  • Negotiate and close deals; ensure smooth handover to delivery team.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor offerings to refine sales strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Experience: 0–3 years (Fresher with excellent communication & presentation skills encouraged to apply).
  • Strong verbal and written communication (English + regional languages).
  • Confidence in presenting solutions and handling client interactions.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and eager to learn IT/ERP/SaaS domains.
  • Familiarity with sales pipeline management, lead qualification, and consultative selling.
  • Comfortable with CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation tools.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable to fast-moving environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
