Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated fresher to join our Sales and Business Development team in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to build strong client relationships. This role involves lead generation, client acquisition, and driving business growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:

    • Identify potential clients through cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals.
    • Generate new leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  2. Client Engagement & Sales:

    • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate properties.
    • Conduct property visits and presentations to potential buyers/investors.
    • Negotiate deals and close sales to meet revenue targets.
  3. Market Research & Business Development:

    • Research market trends, competitor analysis, and new business opportunities.
    • Assist in developing sales strategies to expand the customer base.
  4. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

    • Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
    • Follow up with prospects and provide post-sale support.
  5. Collaboration & Reporting:

    • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts.
    • Maintain accurate sales records and report progress to the management.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Education:

    Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Skills:

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Persuasive and confident in handling client objections.
    • Goal-oriented with a proactive approach.
    • Basic knowledge of real estate trends is a plus.
